Pork

We are proud to offer Pastured Pork.  Our pigs are raised on pasture, which means they have space to roam and romp, as well as lots of greens to eat.  This makes for a tastier, healthier meat.  Most of our pigs are born and raised on the farm, and we rely on lots of sunshine, green grass, whole grain feed, and clean water to maintain our herds health. We do not dock tails or clip teeth, as confinement farms do, because our pigs are not stressed, and don’t cannibalize one another like confinement hogs will.  Instead our hogs live laid back lives in the wide open fields, and you can taste the difference in the meat; juicier, more flavorful, and with a good texture.  If you haven’t had pastured pork, you haven’t had the best pork around.  We sell our pork by the cut out of our freezers, or we also sell whole and halves.   All our pork is processed at a USDA inspected processor, and is shrink wrapped and flash frozen.
