Finishing Strong

We are all working hard to finish the CSA season strong! With the weather going every which way, there's been a lot of divide and conquering as far as covering and heating tunnels is concerned. It's always a sort of juggling act when the nights get cold but the days still manage to find their way into the 60s! Of course, it's due to our row cover and tunnels that we're able to extend the growing seasons of many of our crops. I mean, it's mid-November and we're sill harvesting tomatoes! How cool is that?

With the season being so glorious, some of us have managed to get away into the woods, be it in Arkansas or East Missouri. Many of the leaves had fallen already, but there were still amazing colors to behold. As we all head into the later part of the month and get caught into the business of Thanksgiving, let us all take the time to look around at the changing of the land. It's such a beautiful and hollowed spectacle to witness.

Once again, if you're interested in a pasture-raised turkey that was raised with a lower carbon footprint and will taste fresher than any you've had before, check out the Turkey page on our website!

Thank you again for supporting our farm,
