Races, Rooted, and Meat Reminders
Hello everyone!
Wow, we have been soaking up the amazing weather and sun this week. How typical for Missouri to start the week off with a freezing Sunday, but then be sunny in the high 60s other days. We'll take it!
There is a lot of work to be done around here as sweet potatoes, radishes, and other crops are being pulled out of the soil and processed for storage.

MEAT REMINDERS!
We still have a few tickets available for our Whole Hog Processing Workshop, so be sure to check out the page on our website. This is an amazing opportunity to learn from the best and could even be an early Christmas present for a pork-lover in your life.
In addition, we have thanksgiving turkeys available! These turkeys are being raised by our friend in Conway, MO and will be some of the best meat you've ever had. You can feel good knowing exactly where your Thanksgiving bird is coming from, as well as how it was raised. Check out the turkey page of our website to make your reservation today!

Lastly, on Sunday, some of us participated in the Bass Pro Marathon Relay, breaking our time from last year :) This has become a fun tradition over the years and we had a blast. It wouldn't have been nearly as much fun without our pit crew ;)
